Daiwa Saltiga Reels from Cabbage Key

Daiwa Saltiga™ Saltwater Reels are built tough, designed to withstand the punishment of today's super-braided lines and monofilament for a broad variety of saltwater applications.

Thin diameters and strength of today's braided super lines lets you pack a tremendous amount of fighting power into a compact reel. It also puts incredible strain on gear trains and drags designed for monofilament. That's why these Saltiga conventionals feature beefed up components within a super-rigid frame machined from solid bar stock 6061-T aircraft grade aluminum

The Daiwa Saltiga series are availble in sizes ranging from the Saltiga 15 to the Saltiga 50 with a Tall 30. the SA30T and a left handed version the SA30L all available for immediate shipment.

Daiwa Saltigas were essentially designed to be used with Spectra braid, Cabbage Key includes optimized Spectra spooling at no charge. This consists of Long range Spectra spooling with a suitable topshot . Several choices are available at checkout.
