Shipping & Delivery

Normally all orders are shipped within 48 hours on paid items, if an item is temporarily out of stock , we will inform you of when we can ship the item. We will inform you of any out of stock item and either hold the order, shipping as soon as available, or you can cancel. We believe in the merchandise we sell and carry an inventory. Chances are good we will have your item.

International orders: We ship using Global EMS insured published rates. Please inquire for a rate. All duties, customs fees, are for the customers account. WE DO NOT collect the fees, please check with your local customs office

Return Policy

We offer a 100% Guarantee of Satisfaction, 7 day return policy with an authorization from us, less shipping costs. We offer no warranty beyond the manufacturers warranty. All of our products are first line and new, unless stated as a demo or promotional item. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement. If you just don't like it, we'll take it back and refund your money as long as its unused, complete, saleable, and in the original packaging.

If we determine you have used the item, or it is marred , unsaleable or the original packaging is no longer intact, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee

Sales Tax

A 7% sales tax will be added to all orders with a Florida destination, all other states are sent tax free
