Avet MXL 6/4 2 speed

Avets MX series reels are made in the MXL (wide spool) and the MXJ
(narrow spool) versions. The difference in the 2 reels is width of the body and spool. the MXL being 3/8th" wider than the narrow MXJ configuration.
Both are available with the new McCast magged option as well as a single speed 5.8 ratio or a two speed 6/4 ratios

Imagine having the high speed capabliity for fast pelagics like Kings,
Hoos or Cudas, with the ability to shift down to low gear for tough customers like Carolina Bull Reds, Huge Long Island Stripers, Sailfish, and Tarpon. Hard charging school tuna are equally handled with ease. This will become the classic Tarpon reel, the versatility is unmatched by any reel we have seen .
